Most people go about shopping for a real estate loan the wrong way. They look for the lowest interest rate. Here's why they're wrong.


Any lender can advertise a slightly lower rate simply because the advertised or quoted rate is not guaranteed. All interest quotes are subject to the borrower and property qualifying at some time in the future. If the borrower's credit score is lower than expected, the interest rate will be higher. Problems with the property may force a change into a different loan program with higher rates. Mortgages interest rates are set by the marketplace like stocks or commodities. Expecting to close a real estate loan one half percent lower than the going rate thirty or forty days after completing a loan application is as likely as buying an ounce gold for $400 less than market price.

Hard Working Outside Normal Business Hours
No Translator Needed

Adan is a very hard working lender. He makes time to meet with his clients and answer questions even when it's outside of normal business hours.
